Privacy Policy
This policy explains what My Saver protects, which Apple services it can use, and where privacy has practical limits.
Last updated: July 31, 2026
Overview
My Saver is designed to work without a My Saver account. Vault content is stored on your device in encrypted form. Optional features may use Apple services or device permissions only when you choose to enable them.
Data stored on your device
My Saver can store encrypted photos, videos, documents, notes, saved login details, preferences, and vault metadata. Vault files use authenticated encryption, while sensitive keys and verification material are protected using iOS security facilities such as Keychain.
Failed-login reports, including an optional photo or location when you grant the required permissions, stay local to the device. They are not emailed or synced by My Saver.
Optional iCloud features
If you enable iCloud sync, supported vault data and new vault files may be sent through your Apple iCloud account to compatible devices signed in to that account. My Saver does not control iCloud availability or Apple's handling of your Apple account. Failed-login reports do not sync.
Private browser
The in-app browser uses non-persistent website storage and clears open tabs, cookies, cache, and website data when My Saver becomes inactive or enters the background. HTTPS-only main navigation blocks ordinary HTTP page loads.
Important: The private browser is not a VPN or Tor. Websites, network providers, DNS services, and other network participants may still observe connection information. If Onion Browser is installed, My Saver can hand an HTTPS link to that separate app at your request.
Permissions
Depending on the features you use, My Saver may request access to Photos, Camera, Face ID or Touch ID, Files, or Location. iOS controls each permission and you can change access in system Settings. Denying a permission disables only the related feature where possible.
Purchases and diagnostics
Apple processes App Store purchases and subscription status through StoreKit. My Saver may receive the entitlement information needed to unlock Pro features, but not your full payment card details.
This website stores only your selected light or dark appearance in local browser storage. The hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp for security and service operation.
Retention and deletion
You control local vault content through the app. Deleting content or resetting the vault removes the related local data, subject to operating-system behavior and any independent copies or iCloud data you manage. Uninstalling the app removes its local container, but it may not remove data already stored in iCloud.
Children and changes
My Saver is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age that applies where they live. We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
