Acceptance

By downloading or using My Saver, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your vault and access code

You are responsible for choosing and remembering your calculator PIN and for controlling access to your devices. My Saver has no master code and cannot recover a forgotten PIN or inaccessible vault.

Backups and data loss

Keep independent copies of anything important. Device failure, forgotten credentials, app deletion, operating-system changes, cloud interruptions, or software defects can cause data loss. Optional iCloud features are a convenience and are not a guaranteed backup service.

Acceptable use

You may use My Saver only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of others. You must not use it to store, obtain, distribute, or conceal unlawful content, to compromise another person's accounts or devices, or to interfere with the app or its services.

Privacy-tool limitations

Features such as screen protection and the private browser reduce specific forms of exposure; they do not make a device, user, or internet connection anonymous or immune to compromise. Jailbroken devices, malicious software, operating-system vulnerabilities, screenshots taken by external cameras, and network observers remain outside the app's control.

Purchases

Apple processes in-app purchases and any available subscriptions. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the terms shown in the App Store and Apple's applicable policies. Pro functionality may change as the product develops.

Availability and changes

The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued. We may revise these terms, with the updated date identifying the current version.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that My Saver will be error-free, continuously available, or suitable for every security need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
