Support & compatibility
Practical guidance for setting up, protecting, and troubleshooting your vault.
Updated for the 2026 beta
Compatibility
My Saver is being prepared for iPhone and iPad through the App Store. The iPad version includes a native sidebar for Files, Logins, Browser, Settings, and Exit. Exact minimum operating-system requirements will be confirmed on the App Store listing.
Before you start
- Choose a calculator PIN you can remember without storing it alongside the device.
- Practice unlocking: enter the PIN, tap equals, then tap equals again to confirm.
- Keep independent copies of irreplaceable files before importing or deleting originals.
- Review Privacy & Security in Settings before enabling permissions or Pro controls.
PIN and vault access
I forgot my PIN
My Saver cannot reveal or reset it. There is no default PIN, account recovery, or master unlock code.
The calculator does not open the vault
Clear the calculator, enter the complete PIN, and press equals twice. Ensure you are opening the intended Vault Space if you use Pro Spaces.
Private browser
Open tabs and browsing data are cleared when the app becomes inactive or enters the background. The browser allows HTTPS main navigation only. It does not hide your IP address and is not a VPN or Tor client.
iCloud sync
Confirm that iCloud is available, the same Apple account is active, and My Saver has iCloud access. Sync applies only to supported vault data and new vault files. Failed-login reports stay on the device and do not sync.
Failed-login reports
Reports require the relevant Camera or Location permissions. They remain local and are not emailed. If a report is missing, check permissions and confirm the Pro control was enabled before the failed attempt.
